Video Synchronization is part of a larger concept: the synchronization principle.

There is one time axis. When moving on the time axis by playing video or by browsing in the event list, or by placing a cursor in a trend window SleepRT continuously updates video, event browser, and signal/trends windows in accordance to the new position on the time axis.

A few examples that illustrate this principle:

When you page through the recording, the video image follows.
When you move through the event browser, the video follows.
When you start playing video signals, signals, trends and event browser follow.
